SHIPPING POLICY

UNITED STATES AND ITS TERRITORIES:

PLEASE NOTE:

• Pepper Sprays cannot be shipped outside the continental US, which includes Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories.  
• Pepper Sprays cannot be shipped by any method other than GROUND.  
• Pepper Sprays, or any type of weapon, including stun devices, knives and batons, cannot be shipped outside the United States (including its territories.)  

All United States orders are shipped the same day or within 24 hours via UPS Ground.* Shipping is FREE if your order is over $100.00 and you are within the continental United States. UPS Ground shipping is $8.50 and will be automatically calculated into your total upon check out for orders under $100.00. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territory orders must be shipped by 2nd Day Air, at your cost, as Ground service is unavailable to these areas. Shipping cost for these areas will be emailed to you for you to accept or decline.

If you would like to upgrade your shipping, you may do so, however, it will be at your cost, and will be added to your order. Cost for upgrade in shipping is as follows:

• UPS Next Day Air - $40.00 
• UPS 2nd Day Air - $20.00 
• Saturday Delivery for the above services is $10.00, in addition to the above shipping charges. Not available for Ground service. May not be available in your area. 

Please provide a physical address and not a PO Box for the shipping address. UPS can not deliver to a PO Box.

*Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email, which will provide your tracking number and scheduled delivery date. If you place your order by mail, phone, or fax, and do not wish to provide your email address, please feel free to contact us for your tracking number. We do not give away, sell, or rent your personal information including your email address to anyone. Our  privacy policy is posted.

Elite Self Defense exclusively ships using only UPS, therefore, all orders will ship via UPS. We have had much success with UPS, and will continue using them as our main source of shipping. We are able to provide our customers with quality shipping services, tracking of packages, and ensured delivery.

*Orders received by 3pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, will ship the same day. Orders received after that time, or on weekends, will ship the following business day.

For money order, check or PayPal orders, please be sure to add the appropriate shipping costs (if applicable).
